    Golden Gate Regional Center (GGRC) is a private, nonprofit community agency that provides diagnostic, referral, case management and treatment services for persons with developmental disabilities. “Developmental disability” originates before an individual attains age 18, is likely to continue indefinitely, and constitutes a substantial disability for the individual. Included with the definition are the conditions of mental retardation, autism, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy.
