CREATE Health is an imperative. As many Coloradans already understand, in twenty-first century America, create health! is the most critical imperative of all. If we are going to do anything at all-as individuals, as a community, as a state, or as a nation-we must all create health! If we are not involved in creating health we are contributing to the opposite of health including:

1) the chronic ills that bring us down as individuals,

2) a state overburdened with a broad spectrum of community dysfunctions, and

3) demands for costly medical interventions that already exceed the supply of professionals and resources.
