    About Us

ER.RS (Association of Special Education and Rehabilitation Therapists of Serbia) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to strengthening the professional identity, visibility, and rights of therapists working in education, rehabilitation, and social care.

We combine traditional expertise in special education and rehabilitation with forward-looking approaches that include digital tools, artificial intelligence, and sensory technologies. Through Erasmus+ and other European projects, we support educators, therapists, and community actors in developing inclusive practices enhanced by modern technology.

Our work is rooted in the principles of human rights, equity, interdisciplinary collaboration, and continuous learning. We focus on vulnerable groups, especially children and adults with disabilities, supporting them through advocacy, tailored training programs, and the development of accessible and ethical digital solutions.

We build partnerships across Europe and actively promote the responsible integration of AI in therapy, education, and community resilience — always ensuring that technology serves people, not the other way around.
