The Planning Council has served the Hampton Roads Region of Virginia since 1941 by identifying health and human service needs, validating them with data, sharing the information in compelling ways to build commitment among stakeholders to take action. Our priority is vulnerable populations including impoverished families with young children, households with exceptional family members, and homeless individuals/youth/families.
