    The Oregon Student Association (OSA) is established to represent, serve and protect the collective interests of students at Oregon's institutions of post-secondary education. The purposes of this corporation are to represent, advocate and further the interests and welfare of students in post-secondary education in Oregon before the Oregon Legislature, the office of the Governor, state and federal agencies, Congress, and the judicial system; to provide a central clearinghouse for information among the member student associations; and to undertake any other activity which affects the students at Oregon's institutions of post-secondary education. It shall be the policy of the OSA Board of Directors to establish a platform to be composed of issues dealing with the interests of students in post-secondary education and issues affecting students as citizens.
