  • About Us

The Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon (FCCO) is a nonprofit spay/neuter program for stray, feral, and pet cats. We're dedicated to improving the lives and humanely reducing the population of outdoor community cats through spay/neuter efforts and education. We provide donation-based spay/neuter clinics where caregivers bring in the feral and stray cats they feed as well as pet cats, for a low cost. Feral and stray cats are spayed/neutered and vaccinated, then returned to their caregivers. The caregivers, in turn, make a commitment to continue to feed and care for the cats. Pet cats have the option of adding on additional services, such as microchips and nail trims. Since our founding in 1995, more than 86,000 stray and feral cats have been spayed/neutered and vaccinated through our program.
