MISSION

A world-class institution of learning renowned for its excellence in computing, digital based learning using the state-of-the-art facilities and innovative training works to be integrated on sustainable integrated agricultural development, peacebuilding, poverty reduction, culture, traditions, conservation, health, education and training to be conducted across the indigenous cultural communities of the Philippines .

VISION

To provide training skills in information and communication technology to be integrated on sustainable agricultural development, culture and traditions, conservation, health, education and training and peacebuilding in mindanao to meet the millenium development goals by the year 2015.

OBJECTIVES

The sounding credo of the school is in line with the following objectives:

To develop and implement training programs geared to meet the technical and skilled manpower requirements of the specific type, magnitude, and level of competence needed by existing and projected industries in Mindanao and its environs;

To initiate and undertake projects and studies which bear on the manpower needs, industrial growth of Mindanao, and other development projects including those needed by specific industries;

To organize and implement, as needed by the ICCs, academic programs for the development of the technical and professional manpower that will enhance and support the industrial growth of Mindanao within the contextual framework of National Economic and Social Development Plan;

Accelerate economic growth in Indigenous Cultural Communities of Lanao del Norte and help assure that as many people as possible benefit from the economic growth and that the benefits are equitably distributed; Help bring about and consolidate peace in Mindanao;

Free access to public library, computers and the Internet especially in the hinterland areas;

Free training to assist users in accessing online information that can help improve agriculture, environment and health;

Technology training for farmers and peacebuilders; Outreach programs to marginalize communities;

Strengthening Grassroots Interfaith Youth Movement; Indigenous Peoples Educational Scholarships.
