CCS is focused on creating permanent public benefits, and integrates science, technology, planning, public finance, legal, policy and community outreach to create lasting solutions. CCS’ projects include developing long-term water sustainability, improving water quality in rivers, lakes and ocean waters, restoring native habitat, creating parks and preserving precious open space and creating new sources of public funding.
