Linkages to Learning

A community school partnership with an integrated focus on health, social services, community development and engagement to support student learning, stronger families and healthier communities.

Linkages to Learning serves more than 5,400 individuals per year at 29 schools. Over 3,700 of them receive comprehensive behavioral health or social wraparound services to mitigate the effects of poverty and reduce non-academic barriers to learning.
