Cartoons and graphic narratives have the power to move hearts as well as minds. They also engage a reader more fully than simple text, and images are mentally retained better than textual references. Our intention is to use these platforms to raise awareness of the plight of endangered animals facing extinction from poaching, trophy hunting and climate change.

By telling the stories of these animals and the people who care for them through both comics and real-life accounts and photographs, we hope to encourage activism in the fight to end poaching and trophy hunting, focus on the impact of—and solutions for—addressing global warming, and showcase organizations that are working to protect these magnificent animals through sanctuaries and other outreach programs.
