Career Collaborative ends working-class poverty by helping adults get and succeed at life-changing jobs, making Massachusetts and its families stronger.
Since its founding in 1997, Career Collaborative has helped more than 1,860 low-income adults in Greater Boston move toward economic self-sufficiency. We help adults get, keep, and succeed at good jobs. Sixty-two percent (62%) of our clients are continuously employed for two years.
