MISSION is a nonprofit giving people in poverty the opportunity to earn a home by serving in their community. 100% of public donations go to our field programs.

Servant Leadership -The Leaders of 1Mission are Christ followers, and each one a servant. Using Jesus as our example we seek to imitate him in humility, servanthood, passion and love for all humanity.

Sustainability -We concentrate our efforts on long-term sustainable solutions that last beyond our presence. Communities that are owned by the people, demonstrated through volunteerism, and strengthened through leadership training, education, and community development programs.
