  • About Us

The Johnson O’Connor Research Foundation is a non-profit research foundation founded in 1922 and dedicated to helping people discover work that is satisfying and rewarding. We test adults looking to identify their strengths and make career decisions, as well as high school and college students. The difference between our aptitude battery and interest surveys, personality inventories and other tests with which you may be familiar is that our tests do not consist of only answering questions; we observe clients performing a wide range of tasks and base their scores on almost 100 years of research into human abilities. Our aptitude testing program has been the subject of articles in periodicals such as Forbes, O -The Oprah Magazine, and the Wall Street Journal.
