Sprout Yoga is dedicated to helping those who have suffered the devastating effects of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD) and eating disorders(ED). Our Organization was created to provide trauma sufferers with free yoga therapy. We intend to provide grants for research into how yoga therapy aids in the healing of PTSD and ED. Sprout Yoga seeks to develop a curriculum for use by any yoga instructor, volunteer, or otherwise, for use in treatment of PTSD and ED.
