    Mosaic Community Health Center (MCHC), a Colorado 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation, is currently in its start-up phase. MCHC’s mission is to champion the health and well-being of the entire Denver community by specializing in meeting the health care needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) communities in the metro area. We provide a non-judgmental, confidential, supportive and nurturing environment in the provision of programs and services and we strengthen our community at large by working collaboratively with other community-based organizations. Mosaic offers a comprehensive array of primary care medical services, case management, mental health, and education/outreach services to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. At Mosaic, we believe quality, affordable healthcare is the right of every citizen. Mosaic’s vision is to make our community the healthiest in the state of Colorado.
