  • About Us

The primary mission of FFL is to develop and employ the Feedback Learning (FL) theory and method in support of educational programs that promote self-directed change through the use of various forms of feedback and evaluation of current behavior and ideas. FL is an experiential approach to learning and problem solving that stresses the importance of recognizing and correcting mistakes, instead of trying to avoid making them or having them known. The method involves learning “by doing,” in contrast to classroom or lecture-based techniques. It encourages the development of both individual and collective creative thought process, and relies extensively on creating opportunities for useful feedback in interaction.
