Kid's Kitchen Inc. is a nonprofit organization that has developed a unique curriculum and program to deliver youth-friendly food and fitness information to youth and families in an educational or community setting. Our programs are designed to be simple, interactive, and fun; teaching practical messages about nutrition, physical activity, and good health. Our focus is to address the epidemic of childhood obesity through methods of prevention and treatment. Our staff is a dynamic group of professional experts in the field of public health, nutrition and fitness who offer children and families quality education about healthy food choices, meal planning and preparation, food culture, fitness and weight management. The goal of the organization is to utilize innovative and creative educational programs, technology, and hands-on experiences to teach children and their families how to develop healthy eating behavior and lifestyle.
