Grandma's House of Hope

We provide vulnerable adults. experiencing homelessness in Orange County with emergency and transitional housing to regain stability, well-being, and lasting self-sufficiency.

Unlike large congregate shelters, participants live in welcoming residential homes where they receive individualized, trauma-informed care that addresses housing, physical/behavioral health, employment, long-term sustainability and other wrap-around services.

We serve homeless men and women that include, but are not limited to: Veterans, Survivors of Human and Sex Trafficking, Individuals with Serious Mental Illness, those Recovering from Substance Use Disorders, Previously Incarcerated Individuals, Seniors, and Individuals with Chronic Health Conditions.
