Region360

Region360 is a multi-disciplinary, international initiative spearheaded by the Environic Foundation International that promotes sustainability and Life Cycle Thinking and Circular Economy approaches in Latin America by applying rigorous analytical methods and developing educational and policy initiatives to achieve resilient, healthy, and sustainable societies. 

Region360 seeks to fill the void in technical know-how and sustainability education and policy research among social sectors, government, and business sectors in Latin America by promoting the knowledge, skills, and technical capacities required for implementation of rigorous environmental impact methods in the micro-enterprise, government, and NGO sectors, as well as sustainability education and policy. Region360is guided by the holistic approach to production, consumption, and lifestyle developed in sustainability and Life Cycle Thinking methodologies that can stimulate an ethos of sustainability among citizens and generate the social resilience needed to confront climate change challenges in the region. 

Our Values

We believe Latin American societies have the human and technical capacity to re-envision current development paradigms towards more sustainable models that take into account the immediate and long-term threats posed by climate change and unsustainable elements of current economic development models. We believe Latin American communities, social groups, and entrepreneurial innovators hold the keys to transformation in the region. At the social level, we value diversity in world-views, identities, and social visions; at the level of practice, we favor transformative work anchored in collaboration, integrity, and a pursuit of technical excellence.

A Long-Term Vision

Our vision is to inspire, promote, and generate sustainable development approaches in Latin America by working along three axes of action, from scientific intervention to educational and policy analysis and consulting.
