  • About Us

The Campaign for Migrant Worker Justice (CMWJ) is a not-for-profit organization founded to support the human rights and self-determination for those involved in the farm labor and immigrant rights movements. CMWJ works to enable agricultural and immigrant workers to have a direct voice in their own conditions through education and organizing.

Our primary partner in these efforts is the Farm Labor Organizing Committee, AFL-CIO, (FLOC) with operations in the Midwest, the South, and Mexico. Using FLOC’s extensive networks and contacts, CMWJ works to organize local communities to resist exploitative workplace practices and discriminatory profiling practices locally and regionally.
