Children's Aid and Family Services/New Jersey

Children’s Aid and Family Services (CAFS) is a non-profit, non-sectarian agency that seeks to establish permanent stable relationships for children and to assist individuals of all ages and their families with preventative, therapeutic and counseling programs. We primarily serve northern New Jersey. Programs strive to maintain a balance of the delivery of professional services and volunteer-delivered services when and where appropriate and effective.

We help children, families, and communities to heal,learn and grow. We believe that children require healthy starts in life and nurturing families. We believe that healthy families need healthy communities in order to thrive. We believe human beings have an enormous capacity to heal,learn and grow. We believe that self sufficiency is the basis of human dignity and prosperity.
