  • About Us

Nile AIDS Project is dedicated to contributing the holistic treatment of the effects and affects of the HIV/AIDS virus. We believe that successful treatment involves the clinical treatment of the disease but also the psychosocial aspects as well.

In order to demonstrate that this is possible, we have teamed with a local Ugandan run NGO, St. Francis Healthcare Services, located near the town of Jinja. We hope to support the increase the capacity of the NGO from a Health Centre Level III organization that deals with mainly outpatient HIV/AIDS services, to one that can provide child/maternal care, increased psychosocial support and facilities to handle local youths who have been affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Uganda.
