    The primary objective of IPP is to be the pre-eminent source of independent, nonpartisan, and evidence-based public policy analysis for Missouri.

    Established in 2000 to enhance knowledge and understanding of critical public policy issues of concern to policymakers and citizens, IPP is an integral part of the Harry S Truman School of Public Affairs. IPP provides a suite of services to the University, the State of Missouri - both legislative and executive branches - county, city and municipal governments, and nonprofit organizations across Missouri.
