About Us

The Refugees and Asylum Seekers’ Children Assist Project (RAASCA Project) is a Non-Profit Organization (NPO 2005/008643/08) that campaigns at different levels to improve the living conditions of refugees and asylum seekers by ensuring that they enjoy their rights and privileges both as people seeking refuge and as human beings.

RAASCA Project's Vision The RAASCA Project aims to develop a society that continuously upholds the fundamental values of justice by respecting and promoting people’s rights and freedoms, and by investing on its people for prosperity.

RAASCA Project's Mission The RAASCA Project seeks to facilitate the improvement of the living conditions of refugees, asylum seekers and the poor in South Africa, through the development of partnerships and support systems that will enable them to maintain a humane and a sustainable standard of life.
