We recruit people and organizations from all around the community who bring the passion, expertise and resources needed to get things done. Together, person by person, we can make lasting change.

We believe southern Nevada is a community where all people can achieve their human potential through a solid educational foundation, financial stability and healthy lives
Our goal is to create long-lasting changes that prevent problems from happening in the first place.
- Enable children to enter school developmentally on track in the area of literacy and foster social, emotional, and intellectual skills
- Assist individuals and families to increase their income, build savings, and sustain assets
- Ensure that every family has accessible and continuous competent healthcare and children are healthy upon entering school
