Diane Henson for Third Court of Appeals

  • About Us

Judges should make decisions based on the facts of the case and longstanding precedent - not based on extreme political ideology or agendas driven by powerful special interest groups.

After 32 years as a lawyer, arguing cases before juries, I know the jury system is one of the most powerful tools of our democracy. It levels the playing field; twelve independent minded citizens usually get it right.

Together we can provide Texans with fair and impartial courts. Please support me with your vote in November 2014.
