USSECF is a non-profit public supported charitable institution with tax exempt status under 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code whose mission is to alleviate the needy and impoverished people of the provinces of Samar, Philippines, through educational programs for the economically disadvantaged, deserving students and to promote cultural awareness and ecological, environmental awareness through sustainable livelihood programs.
