MentorNet is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that matches women and others underrepresented in engineering and science with mentors and facilitates their relationships over the Web. MentorNet’s goal is to promote a diversified, expanded, and talented global workforce. We partner with 110 universities, other national organizations, and more than 20 major corporations and national laboratories to achieve these goals.
