The Palo Alto Area Chapter of the American Red Cross, a volunteer-led nonprofit organization operating under its Congressional Charter and the principles of the International Red Cross Movement, helps people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies. PAARC serves the communities of Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Moffett Field, Mountain View, Palo Alto and Stanford University.
