About Us

To Work for promotion, protection and defence of human rights, rights of minorities and elimination of all forms of discrimination, racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and their elimination in Bhutan. To Work for promotion, protection and defence of Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights among Bhutanese communities. To secure justice for religious, ethnic and linguistic minorities suffering discrimination, prejudice and persecution in Bhutan. To fight against all forms of discrimination, racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and work for their elimination in Bhutan. To promote and propagate the principles and provisions of international regime of human rights, non-discrimination, tolerance, forbearance, co-existence, equality, social justice, rule of law and rights of minorities in Bhutan.
