About Us
Blackstone Bicycle Works is a not-for-profit youth education program which engages youth participants in a hands-on learning experience. In the context of a retail bicycle shop, youth participants learn bicycle repair, assembly, safe road riding skills, entrepreneurial skills and a healthy lifestyle, as they strengthen academic skills through practical training.
Our dynamic learning program is crafted to create healthy, well-rounded participants ready for the professional world, while they have fun gaining mechanical and riding skills. A plus to this program, the bicycle is a tool to access freedom of movement and to explore greater horizons.
