What do we do? Cultivate spirits and enlighten minds.
How do we do it? Through Pan-African education programs and African-Centered mental health services.
Whom do we do it for? Youth of the African Diaspora ages 5-21, and the members of their community.
What value are we bringing? We seek to renew the Afrikan spirit within the next generation, being better prepared to act within their own interests and those of future generations.
Our therapy methods are creative, interactive and solution-focused. By utilizing African-Centered psychological principles, our aim is to guide individuals of African ancestry in re-establishing balance among the spiritual (not religious), mental, and social aspects of life.
Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. ReGeneration 180 emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words.
