About Us

he Senior Staffy Club is a registered charity (England & Wales No 1156723) in place to rescue and re-home more mature (7 years and over) Staffordshire Bull Terriers, variants and crosses of this wonderful but much maligned breed. We use boarding kennels in the Worcester and Stoke areas and have foster homes across the country.

You’ll see from our ‘About Us Page‘ that we have been in existence since 2012 – only eight years! Yet in that period we have grown and grown from a very small start to dealing with Staffies across the length and breadth of the country. Now we need to grow further if these dogs are to be saved and re-homed nationwide. We always need help with volunteers coming forward in their dozens to meet these new demands upon our service. See our ‘How to Help Us‘ page and sub-pages and then consider getting in touch with us. You’ll be very welcome!

Senior Staffy Club’s aims are:

• rescue and re-home Staffordshire Bull Terriers and Staffy Cross dogs aged 7 years and older

• to help promote Senior Staffies in other rescues who are looking for a new home

• to recruit foster carers who have been home checked by us and who can then offer a comfy space for a Senior Staffy in need

• to help provide educational and community input relating to dog welfare.
