  • About Us

Kagyu Changchub Chuling (KCC) is a Vajrayana Buddhist center in the Tibetan tradition, founded by the Very Venerable Kalu Rinpoche, where the authentic teachings of the Karma and Shangpa Kagyu lineages are taught, practiced, and supported, both at our urban center in Portland, Oregon, and at Ser Chö Ösel Ling (SCOL), the rural retreat center north of Goldendale, Washington. The function of KCC is to support practitioners in their process of spiritual awakening. The emphasis in the training is on the cultivation of insight and compassion both in formal meditation and in daily life.
