    Neighbors' Consejo is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1994. Our mission is to provide multicultural services for the homeless, addicted and low-income men, women, and families of Washington D.C., in the neighborhoods of Adams Morgan, Columbia Heights and Mount Pleasant. We work to connect men and women to social and economic opportunities and to empower them to self-sufficiency. Our program areas include case management, counseling, psychiatric treatment, and community support.
