    The purpose of International Partners is to support local leaders in the world's poorest countries. IP channels the energies and expertise of volunteers in the United States to provide this support. Among current projects are: 1. Training pre-school and elementary teachers in El Salvador 2. Teenagers from the United States raise money and then travel give their time to build schools and clinics in rural villages in El Salvador. 3. A Spanish language, interactive teacher's manual has been prepared to test an program that is effective in the US for teaching Domestic Violence offenders kinder ways of handling their pain and relationships. This manual is so far being used in La Paz, Bolivia and Asuncion, Paraguay. Suitable locations are sought for pilot studies. For more information and projects, please see internationalpartners.org
