West Hartford Community Television

West Hartford Community Television is a nationally recognized community media center that provides an open forum for free speech, community dialogue, cultural exchange and artistic expression. We are home to three cable channels, a dynamic media rich website and an innovative grass-roots journalism program.

We encourage community conversations and inspire engaged grass roots community involvement by making media tools and training available to residents. We are the only channels that are both hyper-local and participatory - by and for the people of West Hartford.

West Hartford is a vibrant and diverse community, recently named a top ten “Best City in the Nation for the Next Decade” by Kiplinger’s Finance. West Hartford’s support and dedication over the past 35 years has helped WHC-TV evolve into a unique creator space that serves all who live here.
