DFO is an Multi-activity event that includes Athletic Tournaments,Musical search and Artistic competitions, non-profit social service fairs,job fairs,Computer games competitions, and any other activities that promote the well being of that community. The Initiative portion of DFO is significantly reduce the Homicide rate of any given city by 80%,especially those that are listed on the U.S Justice Department listing,within eight months. DFO efforts is to coordinate with businesses,non-profit agencies,churches and citizens of the specified region where the event will be hosted.
