About Us

Shridev Jasnath Trust is the organizing NGO which provides staff, programs and events to the visitors of Shri Jasnath Asan (ashram) a 500 year old ashram on the edge of the Thar Desert of Rajasthan. It is a secular community focused on ecology, education, and wellness practices for marginalized and underserved portions of our rural population including women and children.

To bring equality, peace and love to all humans, creatures and the ecological system which supports our continued learning. 


Description:

Shridev Jasnath Trust is dedicated to setting up, running, and maintaining a wide variety of programs designed to lift people and nature out of its suffering, and into equilibrium. Our programs include (but are not limited to) annual camps in Drug DeAddiction, Children’s Yoga, Girls’ Empowerment, Women’s Equality, and an Ecological Conference with 1,000 trees plantation. We play an active role in thousands of families’ daily life in the form of education and inspiration. Many of our programs are being mobilized to take them on the road by volunteers from India, America and Europe.

Shri Jasnath Asan does not discriminate in its aid, counseling, or admission practices on the basis of sex, education, socio-economic background, religion, or any other feature or circumstance of humanity.


Impact:

Since Shridev Jasnath Trust’s inception in 2012 it has provided wellness services for more than 3,000 families, provided 100 education scholarships, and opened its doors to visiting interns from many countries, learning the healing secrets of Sanatan Dharma.

Education & training programs: yoga lifestyle, vocation, internships, scholarships

Wellness services: wellness camps, yoga therapy, spiritual healing, medical consulting and referrals

Animal Rehabilitation: cow, deer, and peacock rehabilitation facilities and services

Nature conservation: annual tree plantation, water conservation technologies, solar engineering

 

Presence:

The ashram and its tradition boasts more than 700,000 followers, mostly of the farming industry, in and around Rajasthan. Several members live overseas.


Partners:

Shridev Jasnath Trust has been blessed with partnership from many selfless institutions including (but not limited to) Capsitech IT, and the government of Rajasthan. The biggest supports of the NGO’s efforts remains its volunteers and interns from across the globe.
