    Eastside Fire & Rescue (EF&R) proudly serves roughly 212,621 people within the communities of Issaquah, North Bend, Sammamish, the Snoqualmie Tribe, Mercer Island, Fire Districts 10 and 38 and Woodinville Fire & Rescue. The department employs 219 full-time uniformed members, 48 volunteers and 34 non-uniformed staff members. EF&R operates fourteen career stations who respond to over 227 square miles and approximately 17,000 service calls per year (70.31% of those medical calls).
