Mission and Vision
Tierra’s mission is to serve our community by enabling individuals with developmental and other disabilities to realize their greatest human potential, become as independent as possible within their families and community, and establish a valued role in society.
Vision – What We Believe
- Each and every human life has value and meaning.
- Regardless of disability, each person has right to develop her or his potential to lead a full, productive and personally meaningful life.
- A life with quality includes friends and loved ones.
- A life with quality includes opportunities to participate in the cultural, civic, and spiritual affairs of the community.
