About Us

Bridges is a rapidly expanding youth-development program that is committed to the long-term success of Baltimore City youth and to providing life-changing opportunities to independent school students. Our program currently serves approximately 650 people per year – 365 Baltimore City youth ages 9-23 and 285 independent school students – through our program sites at independent schools in the Baltimore region.

It supports existing program locations, identifies and helps to launch new program locations, enhances the program model, raises funds for all of Bridges programs and activities, identifies candidates for staff openings, provides technical assistance to program locations, recruits students for program locations, and manages marketing and communications functions.
