Our Mission is to effectively communicate the gospel message to those who do not know or fully understand it, through full-time contemporary Christian music and short educational elements over radio, the Internet and other select targeted media - using modern day language and the highest professional standards.

K-LOVE and Air1 are more than just music and DJs! We have an entire ministry team that helps keep your K-LOVE and Air1 stations on the air. Phone Ministry, Engineering, IT, Accounting, Programming, Signal Development, Donation Processing, Listener Services, Media, Pastoral Care, Facilities and Human Resources are some of the places where we could use you. The majority of our staff is in sunny Rocklin, California and we have various opportunities scattered all over the country.
