About Us

Friends Rehabilitation Program, Inc. (FRP) is a Quaker based organization operating in the City of Philadelphia. For over 40 years, FRP has strived to provide quality, affordable housing for special needs groups in the city. FRP views property management as a piece of the puzzle that is community re-development, and to this end FRP works with various other CDC's in the Philadelphia area to provide our residents with the support they need to be self-sufficient. Our work tends to focus on families (with programs such as the Transitional Housing Program), and the Aging, two groups needing vast amounts of help in the City of Philadelphia.
