Hosean International Ministries (HIM) was created to make a difference in the lives of the people living in the poorest country in theWestern Hemisphere-Haiti!

• over 4 million dollars of supplies & aid delivered to Haiti over the past decade
• 95% of donations go to Haiti, not administrative costs
• H.I.M. is designated as a 501(c)(3) by the U.S. government and is also recognized as a non-profit, non- government organization (NGO) by Haitian authorities .

What We Do

HIM was founded in 1984 as a ministry that would establish real partnerships with proven leaders to help offer residents of Haiti opportunities to improve their lives physically and spiritually .

Working together was a critical element to the founder of HIM, Caleb Lucien. Growing up in Haiti, the son of a committed leader, he saw his father and many other area leaders approached over and over again by those wanting to help. Very few however really wanted to hear what local leaders needed or wanted to do for their communities. HIM has worked for more than two decades to create training opportunities and infrastructure to help Haitians make wise choices leading to more stable, meaningful lives.
