About Us
M’Lop Tapang, a local non-profit organization registered with the Royal Government of Cambodia, has been working with the street children of Sihanoukville since 2003. The organization regularly works with over 5,000 children and 2,000 families.
M’Lop Tapang envisions an environment where all children are allowed to grow up in their families feeling safe, healthy and happy; a society where all children are respected and treated equally; a community where all children are given choices about their future.
M’Lop Tapang strives to provide a safe haven for the vulnerable children of Sihanoukville, offering care and support to any child at risk. Major program areas include:

M’Lop Tapang employs just over 200 full-time staff. More than 98% of the staff is Cambodian with a few foreign staff assisting in administration and technical roles.
