Le Comptoir Juridique Junior (CJJ) est une association à but non lucratif créée par des jeunes juristes et non juristes, pour répondre aux besoins de la population dans l’accès au droit et à la justice, la promotion des droits humains et de l’Etat de droit, l’accompagnement des groupements de femmes et jeunes porteurs de microprojets. Le Comptoir Juridique Junior (CJJ) soutient les populations les plus en difficulté et les organisations de terrain pluridisciplinaires. Le travail du Comptoir Juridique Junior (CJJ) consiste à organiser des campagnes d’information et de sensibilisation, des formations, l’assistance juridique gratuite et l’accompagnement judiciaire, l’émergence des pratiques alternatives de prévention et gestion des conflits (médiation, communication non violente…), le développement des programmes d’insertion professionnelle des jeunes, l’accompagnement des groupements porteurs de microprojets, la recherche-action en matière de droit et de justice. Sa composition et ses modes relationnels sont formels et informels et sa structure associative très légère; juristes et non juristes, individus, groupes structurés ou non s’y côtoient.

Vision : Le Comptoir Juridique Junior (CJJ) veut devenir dans le futur une ONG qui fournit des services juridiques de qualité à valeur ajoutée aux populations et au secteur droit, justice, droits de l’Homme, Démocratie, Etat de droit et développement.

Mission: Fortifier les actions qui permettent aux personnes de vivre au quotidien les droits individuels et collectifs et d’engendrer un ordre juridique approprié à leurs aspirations, en fonction de leurs propres valeurs et respectueux des droits de l’Homme, de la démocratie et de l’Etat de droit.

Composition:

Assemblée générale (tous les membres, les bénéficiaires et partenaires) ;

Conseil d’administration (présidente, vice-présidente et contrôleur de gestion) ;

Secrétariat permanent (secrétaire permanent, responsable d’antennes, 4 responsables de services et une responsable administrative et financière)

Membres du CJJ :Juristes et non juristes qui adhèrent à la charte justice, solidarité et démocratie et acceptent notre statut et notre règlement intérieur.

Bénéficiaires de nos actions :

Population: particulièrement les personnes vulnérables, telles femmes, enfants, jeunes, vielles personnes, personnes vivant avec un handicap, pauvres…).

Personnes victimes de discrimination : veuves/veufs, personnes vivant avec le VIH/Sida, filles mères, prostituées, travailleuses de maison, etc.

Force publique :policiers, gendarmes, armée.

Marginaux : prisonniers et autres personnes en conflit avec la loi.

Zone d’intervention : République du Congo et Afrique centrale.

Partenaires : l’Etat et ses ministères, les organisations de la société civile, le secteur privé, les agences du système des Nations Unies, les organisations bi et multilatérales (agences de coopérations, Banque mondiale, Ambassades…)

Comptoir Juridique Junior (CJJ) is a non-profit association created by young jurists and non jurists, to answer the needs of the population in the access to the right and to the justice, the promotion of the human rights and the state of right, the accompaniment of the groupings of women and young carriers of micro projects. Comptoir Juridique Junior (CJJ) sustains the populations the more in difficulty and the multidisciplinary organizations of land. The Works of CJJ consists to organize campaigns of information and sensitization, trainings, the free legal aid and judicial accompaniment, emergence of the alternative practices of prevention and management of conflicts (mediation, non violent communication…), development programs of professional insertion for the young, accompaniment of the groupings carriers of micro projects, the search for-action concerning right and justice. Its composition and its relational fashions are formal and casual and very light associative structure; jurists and non jurists, individuals, structured groups or no coast themselves of it.

Vision : Comptoir Juridique Junior (CJJ) wants to become in the future a NGO that provides legal services of quality to value added to the populations and the right sector, justice, rights of the man, Democracy, State of right and development.

Mission : To fortify the actions that allow people to live daily the individual and collective rights and to generate a legal order appropriated to their aspirations, according to their own values and respectful of the rights of the man, the democracy and the state of right.

Composition :

General assembly (all members, the recipients and partners);

Board of directors (chairwoman, vice-president and controller of management);

Permanent secretariat (permanent secretary, responsible of antennas, 4 persons responsible of services and an administrative and financial person responsible)

Members of the CJJ : Jurists and non jurists who adhere to the charte justice, solidarity and democracy and accept our statute and our interior regulation.

Récipients of our actions :

Population : particularly people vulnerable, such women, children, young, old people, people living with a handicap, poor…

People victims of discrimination : widows, people living with the HIV, girls mothers, prostitutes, workers of house, etc.

Public strength : police, policemen, army.

Marginal : prisoners and other people in conflict with the law.

Area of intervention : Republic of Congo and central Africa.

Partners : the state and its ministries, the organizations of the civil society, the private sector, the agencies of the system of the United Nations, the organizations bi and multilateral (agencies of cooperation, World Bank, Embassies…)
