PHL, Inc.’s goal is simple – repair, replace, improve and build athletic facilities and purchase equipment for public school districts in the St. Louis metropolitan area.

The athletic facilities at St. Louis Public Schools had not been renovated or maintained in over 30 years before PHL, Inc. began making improvements in February of 2005. The organization was started in direct response to a series of articles in the St. Louis Post Dispatch detailing the depolorable conditions of the fields at public schools in the City of St. Louis.
