We are a community hospice that cares for patients who have decided to forgo aggressive treatment on a terminal illness and are entering end of life comfort care.
To choose hospice care means the patient has chosen to live life to his/her fullest with the help of our doctors, nurses, home health aids and volunteers. The comfort and encouragement we provide our patients helps their remaining time be as pain free as possible, giving the opportunity to focus on time with loved ones not a diagnosis.
Hospice care encompasses the physical, mental, and social well being of the patients and their loved ones.
