Massachusetts Youth Build Coalition

The MYBC and all 11 member programs across the State re-engage disconnected young people by providing academic instruction and GED preparation, life skills and soft skills training, and hands-on workforce development training through the rehabilitation or construction of affordable housing units within their communities. Many of our students have dropped out of school and are unemployed or underemployed and face multiple barriers to attaining education and employment. MYBC programs have a completion rate of 73% and 86.7% of students who complete the program will continue on to post-secondary education or full time employment
